Pauline is our Business Manager at Westgate. Her key support role covers all areas of the business ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Pauline enjoys the young and dynamic atmosphere of Westgate and the diversity of her role (she is also good at organising our parties!).
Shaun founded and then ran Westgate for over 20 years before becoming Chair. As an experienced operator, Shaun helps with the strategic direction of the business thanks to a collaborative, pragmatic approach rooted in delivering outstanding commercial results. He is focused on optimising team performance to deliver creative excellence and meet key business objectives.
Jack is a digital and print designer who approaches every design brief with great enthusiasm. He always works tirelessly to deliver the most creative design solution. Working with Jack will always be fun and will produce great results too!
Rhiannon is a highly creative print, brand and digital designer with extensive experience working across consumer, luxury and corporate brands. She has an innate design flair and always strives to deliver the most effective communications solution, no matter the client, brief or budget.
Suki is a highly creative and enthusiastic designer who can apply both her technical and conceptual skills to a diverse range of client briefs. Her versatility enables her to develop unique design solutions for both print and digital.
Emma is highly creative designer with a background in both animation and graphic design, and is at ease chatting with clients. Emma is always keen to learn new skills and loves experimenting with various design styles and processes.
Emma is a very passionate and driven designer, always striving to produce high quality design, through creative problem-solving. She is highly focused on producing impactful design, with real attention to detail.
Sean develops and implements clients' SEO/Social Media strategies. Sean has over 10 years experience helping clients to use social media and SEO to grow authority on the web, acquire customers and accelerate their business growth. E-commerce is one of Sean’s specialities, along with using analytics and testing methodologies to maximise return on investment.
Clive is the Brand Strategy Director at Westgate. His focus is on brand development that is creatively driven and which will make brands truly distinctive, delivering high commercial impact. Clive started his career as a copywriter with various London advertising agencies including Ogilvy & Mather and Euro RSCG rising to Creative Director at Wakefield Chegwin.
Chris is a highliy motivated and versatile Account Director with over 20 years' professional experience, originally as a designer. This gives Chris a unique insight to brand strategy and corporate communications and he prides himself on a ‘nose-to-tail’ approach – he is involved in every aspect of developing and building a brand. Jim is Head of the Digital at Westgate and his role includes development implementation, database design and client liaison. Jim has worked in the digital arena since the 1990’s. He brings expertise in both desktop and web development and his passion is in exploring the latest trends in new technologies as well as specialising in backend systems.
